Orders and Shipping
Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (we work Monday to Friday). The orders are dispatched with Royal Mail.

You can opt to store your credit card information for future purchases. This information is not stored on our own servers, but our payment processing company, Stripe, will securely store the information.
As a VAT registered company we must charge a sales taxt at 20%. This is already included in the prices displayed on this website.
We currently ship to the UK only.
Small orders will be delivered in a jiffy bag, larger orders will be dispatched in a box.
If you need to swap an item

Face masks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
If we have sent you the wrong item, please email us at sales@theprintedfacemaskfactory.co.uk with your order number and if possible attach a photograph of the item you have received. Please report this error within 7 days.

If your order has not progressed to the production team, it can be changed / cancelled. Once the item is printed no changes or cancellations can be made.
